 A Design collaboration to provide a complete turnkey design and fit out package for their newly acquired offices in Southampton.

Works included the installation of new windows, M&E systems, raised access flooring and suspended ceilings, as well as the creation of new washrooms, interior partitioning and furnishings over four floors.

Following extensive consultation, the project commenced with a complete strip back to the building’s shell and core, creating a blank canvas for the transformation.

A simple monochrome colour scheme was used throughout, with vibrant accent colours selected from the Dandara brand colour palette to provide a clean modern aesthetic.

The comprehensive lighting plan combining LED panels, downlighters and pendants, coupled with carefully selected furniture and acoustic materials, expertly divides the open plan office.

Thorough planning ensured maximum space efficiency, to deliver desking for 44 staff, private offices, flexible meeting and boardroom spaces and break out areas as well as essential archive racking.

From the bespoke three arm pendant lights to logo design manifestations, no detail was overlooked to create a stunning space in just 24 weeks.
